Where we ship

We ship nationwide across Malaysia (West & East Malaysia).

Shipping cost

FREE shipping on all orders.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery time

- West Malaysia: 2–5 business days after dispatch

- East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 3–7 business days after dispatch

Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email/WhatsApp to follow your parcel.

Delivery accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
